"Just like my mum used to make" is the most common thing I'm told when I talk to customers, and that's because it is homemade, just the four ingredients, a pan, a wooden spoon and a hob.
Homemade always has that slight crunch and texture to it, not too hard and not too soft, if you prefer your tablet smooth then the mass produced brands are for you.
Mass produced mine certainly isn't, one pot is one tray which is 12 bars and I usually have two pots on at a time, an hour a pot so on a normal working day I can produce 16 trays which then has to be wrapped by hand and distributed to my wonderful retailers.
